The mission of the Behavioral Health Program at Universal Primary Care is to provide evidenced based assessment and treatment to children, adolescents, and adults. We strive to provide our clients with the highest quality of care. Through a combination of compassion, knowledge, and respect, we work to encourage personal growth and development. Whether struggling with depression, anxiety, family relational problems, ADHD, or any number of other difficulties, it is our goal to assist you and/or your family in fulfilling your goals and improving your quality of life.
UPC’s Behavioral Health program provides clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults. The clinic offers assessment and psychosocial treatment services on an outpatient basis. Crisis situations requiring hospitalization or acute psychiatric evaluation for placement or safety concerns are handled through the client’s local hospital’s emergency services.

Dr. Gina Smith is passionate about promoting health and wellness. Dr. Smith provides youth, adult, and couples therapy and specializes in obesity and eating disorder treatment.
Stacy’s varied experience within the community has included working with child and adult survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault as well as the aging community and their caregivers. Her passion lies in assisting individuals and families in the community achieve their goals and practice healthy self-care.
