Medications can play a large part in patient health. Unfortunately many patients have difficulties affording their essential medications. Universal Primary Care works with patients to ensure that they are able to afford the medications they need to get healthy and stay healthy. UPC provides medication assistance though many different programs. Examples of medication assistance options include medication coupons, pharmacy special pricing lists, and pharmaceutical assistance programs. Our Care Coordinators help patients to determining what programs are available and which will provide the most benefit for the patient. Care Coordinators can also aid patients in completing any paperwork which may be needed to apply for certain assistance programs.
